How to recognize rain using Samsung Galaxy Note II?

Well, the galaxy note 2 has a barometer, all what you can get from it is the altitude (based on atmospheric pression), the other sensors are related to movement and light intensity. I can not think about a way to use this sensors as a weather predicting tool. In real weather prediction stations, they use lot of sensors (which can't implemented in a phone, like wind direction!) and a lot, a lot of processing power to predict weather based on the information collected by the sensors, add to that, satellite images which track a whole lot of data...

What a note 2 can really do, is to display properly the accuweather widget! (which it doesn't with the latest update)
